1. What TrackDIFF Is

TrackDIFF (trackdiff.com) is a free League of Legends statistics platform. We pull publicly available data from the Riot Games API and present it as player profiles, leaderboards, match history, live game tracking, and more. You can also create an account to build custom leaderboards, collections, and tier lists.

By using TrackDIFF, you agree to these terms.

2. Your Account

You don't need an account to browse TrackDIFF. If you do create one, please keep your login details secure. You're responsible for activity on your account. If you notice anything suspicious, let us know.

You must be at least 16 years old to use TrackDIFF.

3. How We Expect You to Use TrackDIFF

We built TrackDIFF for the League community, and we want to keep it that way. Please don't:

• Scrape or bot the site — if you need data, the Riot API is public; use that instead
• Try to break into the site, other people's accounts, or our infrastructure
• Use TrackDIFF to harass, stalk, or target other players
• Abuse the platform (spam, uploading malicious content, overloading our servers)

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules. If something seems off, we'll usually try to reach out first.

4. Your Content

When you create things on TrackDIFF (leaderboards, collections, tier lists, personas), they're yours. We need a license to display and share them on the platform (that's how sharing works), but we won't claim ownership of what you create.

We may remove content that's offensive, abusive, or violates these terms. If we do, we'll try to let you know why.

5. Game Data & Riot Games

All League of Legends data on TrackDIFF comes from the Riot Games API. This data is publicly available — we just make it easier to browse and track over time.

Important: TrackDIFF isn't endorsed by Riot Games and doesn't reflect their views. League of Legends and all related content are trademarks of Riot Games, Inc. We operate under their API terms and policies.

6. Data Accuracy

We do our best to keep stats accurate and up-to-date, but we depend on the Riot Games API. Sometimes data may be delayed, incomplete, or temporarily unavailable. We can't guarantee 100% accuracy at all times.

7. Availability

We aim to keep TrackDIFF running smoothly, but it's a community project and things can go wrong. We may need to take the site down for maintenance, updates, or if something breaks. We'll try to communicate downtime when we can.

8. Intellectual Property

The TrackDIFF name, logo, and original site design belong to us. League of Legends game assets and data belong to Riot Games. Please don't use our branding without asking.

9. Liability

TrackDIFF is provided as-is. We're a free statistics platform, not a professional service, so we can't be held liable for things like inaccurate stats, downtime, or decisions you make based on data shown here.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under EU consumer protection law that can't be waived by agreement.

10. Privacy

How we handle your data is covered in our Privacy Policy. The short version: we collect minimal data, store it in the EU, and don't sell it.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as TrackDIFF evolves. When we do, we'll update the date at the top. For significant changes, we'll post a notice on the site. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by EU law and the laws of the member state where TrackDIFF operates.
